Die einteiligen, geteilten Schaftmanschetten mit Acme-Gewinde der Signature-Serie von Stafford Manufacturing sind präzisionsgefertigte Komponenten, die für den Einsatz auf Standard-ACME-Gewindewellen konzipiert sind. Diese ACME-Gewindemanschetten sind ideal für Hubbegrenzung, Anschläge, Höhe und Federspannung. Sie verfügen über eine Stahlkonstruktion mit schwarzer Oxidoberfläche für Haltbarkeit, nicht beschädigende Eigenschaften und hohe Klemmkraft. Diese Stellringe verfügen über versenkte Schrauben aus legiertem Stahl für einfache und sichere Einstellungen. Sie sind in den Breitenvarianten 0.5, 0.75, 0.625 und 1 Zoll erhältlich.

Solution-Serie, Accu-Flansch-Wellenmontageringe

Wellenbefestigungsmanschetten der Stafford Accu-Flange-Serie werden zum Fixieren von Komponenten an Ort und Stelle verwendet und verhindern ein Verrutschen oder eine Bewegung während des Betriebs. Diese Manschetten bestehen aus einer Stahl-/Edelstahl-/Aluminiumkonstruktion und haben ein doppelt geteiltes Design, das eine einfache Installation und Einstellung auf einer Welle ermöglicht, ohne die Oberfläche zu beschädigen. Sie sind mit drei Gewindelöchern ausgestattet, um die Manschette mittels Schrauben und Bolzen an anderen Oberflächen oder Bauteilen zu befestigen. Darüber hinaus verfügen diese Stellringe über eine Standard-Keilnut, die das Einführen eines bestimmten Schlüssels zur Übertragung des Drehmoments zwischen der Welle und der Gegenkomponente ermöglicht und so eine sichere und ausgerichtete Verbindung gewährleistet. Die Manschetten der Stafford Accu-Flange-Serie können vom Benutzer einfach angepasst werden, um eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen durchzuführen, z. B. die Übertragung von Kraft oder die Bereitstellung spezifischer Bewegungen.
